Pet Urine Notice

YOUR RUG AND CARPET MAY STILL SMELL LIKE DOG URINE!

This is why…

One of the main components of dog urine is uric acid. This uric acid forms uric acid crystal and is the reason for the offensive odor even after the liquid urine is removed.

As the liquid content of the urine evaporates, the odor from the urine salts is minimized. When the uric acid crystals absorb moisture from humidity in the air or from a cleaning product, the urine salts give off the foul odor.

When your rug is dried in our facility we may not be able to smell the odor. Then when it enters your home (or even your car) the slightest amount of humidity will activate the salts and give off odor as if it was never cleaned.

It is impossible for us to tell if we removed all the urine salts.

If this happens, please call us at 903 566 3081 and we will be more than happy to pickup and re-clean the rug at no additional charge.
